This is Vivy from my Pokemon fan comic Pokemon Mutation.
Due to being one of the first Pokemon to go thru the Humanization process, she retained more of her Pokemon qualities than the others(her green skin, and dark patches) She is and excellent battler and very loyal to the boss.

Because of her green skin I decided to submit this pic in Paulini's challenge Design a girl.
