my 2nd entry.
purpose- what “Anime”, “New York City”, and (because we're in October) “Halloween”, mean to them and draw these thoughts into an original character.

Anime - drawn anime/manga style-ish
New York City - NYAF and Javits Center
Halloween - dress up

The 2 people are supposed to be twins 'cause they have the same hairstyle. x3 The twins/siblings are a maid and a butler, but they're dressed as a witch and vampire respectively. In the circle[which was supposed to be a plate x3] is the NYAF logo and Javits Center. I added shades and highlights to the characters this time!

Done in a simple manner[again] on my tablet 'cause I'm not the type of person to pay attention to details.
