Good concept, WORST POSSIBLE EXECUTION. ಥ____ಥ

hurr I think I'll try mixed media and it'll turn out magical durrrr IHATEPAINTSOMUCHITSNOTEVENFUNNY
Yeah, I used colored pencil for the foot, put some watercolor on toppa that, watercolored the blue background, sponged on tempera clouds, touched them up with acrylic, edited brightness/contrast and a little of the colors in photoshop. Still looks like junk.
Then the paper was too big for the scanner, which ate colors regardless, so I had to tape th edges of the paper to the table and take a crappy picture. Tape because my SMALL watercolor sketchpad (that still wouldn't fit in the scanner) isn't glued around the edges like my big one, so when it gets wet it curls up.

Besides all my grief. This is for the Owl City fanart contest. ♥ When I listen to Owl City I think lots of blue, sky and ocean, lightness, cleanness, stuff like that. :) The new Vanilla Twilight music video captures my thoughts a lot better than Fireflies.
