This is Teddy in her actual outfit, a too-big shirt, boots, stockings. She's wearing a spicer necklace--she found it with her when she got separated from her family. It's actually an Everstone, and since she refuses to take it off, She won't evolve. But I think she won't take it off 'cause she doesn't wanna evolve.....I might post a picture of her and her family before they got separate.
