Um yea, so this is the full-colour version of Rei. At first I wanted to give her brighter coloured clothes since she's a fire-user, but then that didn't fit in much with the ninja customs and I wanted to avoid another naruto. O_O So I settled with a funny light potato-yellow, together with brown, and the colour reminds me of olden day Chinese. Bleah.
