I came up with the idea for this pic while listening to a little not to over you by David Archuleta.It took about 2 to 3 hours all togehter I think, I'm not sure since I was working on it off and on. The rain effect was hard for me to do and I hope I pulled it off a little bit. It was drawn on Ms paint hugs and comments are appriciated
