This is Light from Death Note. I found the manga scan from animepaper.net. I have to say I did use a different technique than I'm used to with this one. All of the black shaded areas are done in permanent marker while the colored parts are colored pencil. I'm pleased with the way this came out.

The phrase says: "I am a Trickster who does not know Loneliness"

That's a lyric from the ending song by Nightmare.
