Even though she's the youngest, Sabel is the leader of the new sailor scouts. Was taken in by an old lady who owned a store. No biological family, only herself. Nobody knows who she realy is, or where she came from. Sabel is smart, kind, but actualy very lonely. She's trying to recover her lost memories.
