This is Hotaru Amaru, the owner of Hoshi in the Hoshi's Revenge fanart I did earlier. Hotaru is my OC for Pokemon.

Hotaru hails from Viridian City in the Kanto region. She completed her journey in Kanto then went to Shinoh. Her starter was a Charmander. Now she has a Tailow, Buneizl, Umbreon, Gardevoir, Lucario, and Charzard in her party. She has tried to defeat the Elite Four but only got as far as before Lance. She is more into battling and making friends than contests. Hotaru tries to teach Shinji several lessons but has yet to succeed. Hotaru travels on and off with Shinji or Satoshi, Hikari, and Takeshi but often goes off on her own to meet other people/Pokemon. Her goal is to meet Mew and Mewtwo.
