A new OC ;) Her name is Kleo, she's a fairy...yeah... No back story as of yet, same with Lioh. I did everything totally different this time with the coloring and just the whole thing in general. Instead of outlining I just changed the brightness and contrast. I was being lazy xD Yes, the crown idea is from Fairly Oddparents ^^; It needed something so I had to add it. Kleo (c) Sam
