Finally the top evil guy ^^ Not sure if i'm sticking w/the name but anyways... The tattoo on his chest is actually a seal preventing him from using his powers given to him by his enemy Lukai. His demonic form is the dragon if you couldnt tell i'll have to draw that full body later^^ Hope you ppls like him. my friend says i draw better guys than girls human wise..
