Okita's name's an ongoing debate some say it's Shouji, some say it Soushi, he had the nick name Soujiro so umm... Soushi > Shoshiro = Shiro-chan an inside joke between Joushiro & Toushiro from Bleach... which would fit if his hair turned white like Ukitake's (which is possible since they both have tb)
