Saito Zatuyo Defected from the Hidden Sand Village(thus the scratched out symbol on his headband) and joined up with Itachi. Has a wingon the right side that has no clear purpose but had earned him the casting outname of "Half Devil Child" from the village people. He can use hischakra to control his 2 extra blades on his back (hidden in pic) simply by will. He uses these as he fights with the blades at his sides in his hands.
