Thanks! I think belts, buckles & boots were a staple for anime back in the early 2000's. At least for the series I was watching at the time. I was thinking of scrapping the layered skirt, but if it works maybe I'll keep it.
I find doing just simple design sketches like this is a great way to get motivated to draw. Hopefully the same will apply to you!

I like her outfit design ^^ belts and buckles and boots are always good. I like the layered skirt too.
I really hope I have more time to draw over the summer. I should do some of these for my OCs.
