I'm a bit of a Doctor Who fan myself. Though I confess I haven't watched any of the more recent episodes. I only get the show on PBS, and it's on at the same time as the Toonami lineup on Cartoon Network.
I have a friend who's a Doctor Who fan. She talks about the show a lot so I'm familiar with the characters. And I must say, that looks a lot like the 10th Doctor.
