Oh, it's so pretty and adorable! I love how soft the colors are and how flowy the girl's hair looks, and the ribbon is a nice touch. I also like the white lines, they add an interesting effect to it overall.
What really catches my eye is the scratchy lines inside the coloring itself. I especially like how they contrast with the girl's hair, how flowing it looks compared to her dress. It's a very effective technique. Very nice!
