I think rather the hands don't get along with the hamster.Maybe they thing you will bite them or something like that XD .Also hamsters have like claws so that might explain why you are so great at drawing those :3.
Great pose but hummm me thinks you overdid with one,I know u know which :3 .Well seems there is not much space for improvement since you did a great job.Maybe some tips at the hands fufufu ,it's the last part to master!.
