Hey thanks for taking the time to Comment, there are a few ways you can change colors, I used mostly the Dodge tool for this. but you can select the eye with the quick mask "Q" and the coloring the selection on another layer which you set on "soft light" and BAM you have new colored eyes or even Hair :)
