Well ,it´s not like everyone can just hold their hand with the brush at the air,put it down and PERFECTION XD . To make something great ,well all have to try many times,and with lost of effort ,something might come in the end .

Using burshes is a very important part of using photoshop well.It´s even better if you made them yourself ,probably it will guide you in the experience of doing great backgrounds.

I really liked your background,but dont forget to seek your personal touch to each picture you make.

I tried my best on the background. I kinda slacked off on it a bit once I got to it... ^^;

And for the grass, I actually had a bursh to do it on Photoshop really. It was just a default brush. ^^

Why thank you! I worked pretty hard on this one.
My coloring style is changing a little with the strokes and such. ^^
The hair is different from my other ones thanks to the smudges. ^_O
I'm happy to know you like the characters, too! ^^
It's so clean because I used Lineart on this! XD Took me a long time really.
