Lemme answer some questions for you~

No, he has no son, he was MADE to take care of an alchemists son if he should ever pass away from an ongoing illness, the alchemists son is about (16-17). Seven ends up taking care of him.

The mouth piece is just a synthetic part, because he isn't human anyways :3 So it's just like..there to make it known that he isn't natural, that he is a homunculus.

Raiden is a character from Metal Gear Solid 4 xD
