Hmm... you have a point. If I can get my hands on a good fine brush, my next submission may be in watercolor. (And dedicated to you, of course.)

That might just work because the water brushing should move the color across those white spaces I think.

The sketchbook I use is very textured. It's bad for color pencils because when I color, you can still see little white spaces in the drawing. It's frustrating.

Oh yeah. When I first used watercolored pencils, I thought you had to dip them in water or something. XD But actually, you just color the part with the pencil and then brush it with a bit of water. And I used to use just regular printer paper, but if yours is super thin, then maybe it won't work too well.

I actually have watercolor pencils but I don't have the first idea how to use them. Not to mention I don't have the proper type of paper to sketch on with it. :d
