CUUUTE.
I know how to color in Adobe photoshop elements without erasing the lineart~
double click your backroung layer (your scanned lineart) set it as layer 0. Create a new layer.
drag the layer 0 so its on top~ Set layer 0 to Multiply and color on layer 1~
should look like this
