Humm this one is very interesting,it haves a +1 on the poses and body proportions.The anatomy is very good and so well proportioned.For the heads humm I feel a bit like you used the hair to cover the faces and the line ends.Remember that good artists don´t use hair for hiding but to adding the picture a beauty detail .Maybe more shape to the gils hair(try drawing one where the girl uses a cap an haves all the hair hiden).Then you will start imagining the heads shape a lot better.
