And now for something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I'm going to get my ass kicked for this, but you said you wanted honest commentary, and... well, I'm through with being nice to people on this site. :3 Kokkoii... I know you hate to use an undersketch, but seriously, you really should. Drawing straight out like you have been hasn't been working out for you at all, and it's about time you try something that the people who've been deemed "good artists" do frequently. The proportions are all horribly off, even if she's supposed to be a chibi-ish character in this. I can't tell where her joints are at all; they seem to be floating freely on her body. Her neck just sort of floats off into nowhere behind her hair, her shoulders seem to be attached to it instead of her torso as they should be, and her head isn't very well defined at all. The hands are really off, too; they look like her wrists have sprouted fingers... but there'd no defined "wrists" really, so it's more like her arms have fingers wiggling on the ends. There is no WAY you'll be able to get into an art school if you don't even understand the basics of drawing the human body.
