It's so adorable, and I agree with what Dark Phoenix said in here about it. It really would add depth to it if you made the black darker, like it's suppose to be. But it's still a great pic. ^_^ I love the expression. Ja ne! ^_~

She is cute. ^_^ The eyes look wonderful. One suggestion if I may? On the black part of the eyes and the eyelashes, don't be afraid to make your blacks, black. It'll really add depth to the pic. Your dark green is darker than your black.
