stararnold Draw a Time Period of Western TV Toons

Remember when I hosted the Draw A Time Period in Anime History challenge? Well, for the next three months, I'll be hosting a similar crossever-themed challenge where the notion is that you the challenge participants will be taking a trip back in time through the past of Western T.V. Animation. That's right, we're talking a history of animated T.V. works that are entirely or partially produced in the western world (you know, Canada, U.S.A., France, Italy, U.K., Belgium, etc.).

Anyway, there are no limits to how many fan art pieces you submit to this challenge, but for each piece you do, here are the rules:

  • You are to illustrate several characters and/or mecha (examples: spaceships, robots, power suits) that appeared in produced-for-television Western Animation works of the past era in Western Animation history of your choice, whether it's the 1950s-1960s era, the 1970s, the 1980s era, the 1990s era, or even the 2000s era.
  • Can be a painting, a 3D work, a hand-drawn image, or a 2D computer image.
  • Must be in color or black and white.
  • No stealing other people's images!
  • Keep content no higher than the PG-13-rated level.

In case some of you at theOtaku.com have not been tuning in to western animation for a while or are at least just starting, I think it's important I provide you examples of what launched in each of the western animation eras for you to choose from to do your submission.
