Well it's kinda your own interpretation. Their personality's would be completely opposite, for example: The white one could be sweet and caring and gentle, and the black could be rough and hostile. They could also dress in opposite looking things.
It could have to do with clothing or skin or hair, but they don't have to be completely one color. It can be whatever you want as long as part of them is black or white.
