what if, you couldnt find a good screen shot but there are a lot of good promo art for the anime could we use a promo art or a scene from the opening or ending songs?
I have some ideas in mind, but I want to run these questions by you first:
(1) Is changing character designs allowed? For example, can I draw a character's blue hair as black? Or maybe modifying an outfit? Or would that be straying too far from the original material?
(2) Does it have to be an actual scene from an anime or can I make something up? 'Cause I don't know of any good screencap sites.
