This is a minor character from Princess Tutu, Freya. She's only in one episode, but she is memorable, so I guess that's why I was able to find a screenshot of her. Haha.

She really loves flowers, so I used foliage brushes. Now that I think about it, maybe it would have been a better idea to use flower brushes...
