I got the pic from here. It actually wasn't hard getting rid of the lighter part and the text. I copied that part and changed the brightness/contrast and then i blurred the words away and it worked pretty good :D I got the lyrics from Lips of an Angel by Hinder. I hope you guys like it (^_^)/)
