this took a bit longer than the others but it turned out nice

1st of all, I extracted Ichigo and Kon separately then added several filters to clean up the scan a bit, then I had fun with the smudge tool =]
for the BG I used the original color of the scan's BG as a base then added some brush work

I overdid it with the glow but I don't mind! I like glow, it gives that dreamy effect X3
