You should see if it's posted on youtube yet! It was amusing. He was talking to the headless rider and the conversation went something like this:
Izaya: "I'm sure I'll be enlisting your services again. All I wanna do is stay on your good side. For as long as that may be."
Rider: "Am I wrong or did that sound creepy?"
Izaya: "Haha! You're wrong! I'm simply misunderstood!"
