Well, it's hard to explain. Kinda like a circus/carnival but alot better. I don't know where it is, I'm pretty sure there's location outside of the US though. Maybe you could look up some vids on youtube
Yeah, pickpockets all over the world. Hm, though you'd think there'd be less homeless around here then, if you can manage to do that...anyways, I'd rather go to Cirque Du Solei than a state fair here.
Oooh, ^_^; That's not so good then. At our Edinburgh festival, there's rather a lot of pick-pockets ^_^; Since there's so many people, so you have to be careful! So that's not so good either, but the Festival is pretty fun and the plays and shows that are on are usually quite good. I adore the street performers! And the stalls!

Yeah. I doubt it's that great if students get free tickets and stuff. Don't know where it is but everyone always says how fair and carnival foods suck and make you sick and stuff
O.o Your school gives you free tickets!? Actually...you have fair's!? We have the Edinburgh Festival, which has lots of street performers, and there's a lot of plays and shows going on and other touristy things. But we don't have a fair (and most places don't even have a festival). In Aberdeen we had an amusement park though...I miss Aberdeen XD (Practically only because of the amusement park though ^_^; ).
You never know. It's more of a fair chance like that than trying to get a prize at a fair or carnival or whatever. Does your school give you free tickets? We always got free tickets to go to the state fair (at least in Texas, I don't know about the other states) but I never went to one. Never knew where they were and I don't think my parents would just let me wander around 'cause you only got one ticket each. I gave mine away last semester, I was like, you guys want this, I'm not going and a random person in the hallway asked for it XD
The plushies in those machines are always so cute, I've always wanted to win won. (Though I always think that the machines are probably rigged or something ^_^; )
Yeah, I'm easily amused too ^^ I don't think there's any food prizes in the ones around here, just toys and jewelry (obviously fake, but still. Shiny! ^^)
Hehe, I like stuff like this too. (Though I'm notoriously easily amused ^^) Some of the things in these machines look so cute! And there's this one I saw a while back that had these huge chocolate bars in it XD (Actually it's a wonder they don't melt in there...) It's true, a little bit of money for these machines is better than asking for something like that XD
