oh gosh I definitely don't think you're a toxic person at all and I do really appreciate your comment. Its not that I don't like talking to you, or anyone for that matter. It's just really hard for me to respond sometimes on account of my anxiety. ><
But thank you for your feedback, as I said, I really appreciate it.

Hey, man, we slip back into depression sometimes. There's always, as I call it, "relapse" with anything we are kept with for so long. Like OCD, one can never be fully over it. Something may trigger us, and we feel like we've gone back in time five years.
I don't think you really like talking with me, maybe it brings up too many memories or you think I'm a toxic person, and that's alright, but I just want you to know I' here to talk to. I ain't even know you, so there's no reason for me to leave you hanging. Especially since I have somewhat of a life now, but not much of one.
Anyways, if you are not 25 yet then your brain is still developing, and you still have a lot of changes to go through. As for weight problems, I have them too, but if you have motivation then you just have to exercise as hard as you can for like twenty to thirty minutes five days a week and don't eat too much and not a lot of junk food such as chips. Which is hard. It's all hard. You won't loose weight in a couple of days, and it might take an entire year in all reality. That's how it was for me when I was in middle school, but then we stopped P.E. and I didn't have anything else to motivate me to exercise. I guess exercise and changing our bodies kind of takes us getting a new perspective on life.
Um. Yeah. You probably didn't want to hear all of that. Sorry. If it's any solace I don't have the motivation for anything anymore. So you don't really have to listen to me. You can be like, "Damn, Xan really fuckin' sucks. What a hypocrite!" and I'll be all, "Yep, that's me!" and shall carry on with life. Because I don't know you.
Bluh. Um. It's okay to feel sad. Don't hold back emotions because you think they are "bad." No emotion is bad, even if you feel joy from morbid happenings. They're just there. And sometimes you just need someone to understand that you can't help what you feel. So maybe you should tell your significant other that you just want them to understand how you feel and not try to change you, because you are already trying to change yourself in good ways. So while you need support, you don't need to be pushed into getting better because it all takes time.
