You gave me air

I gasp,
for the air i had lost,
for the air i never had.
I grasp the air,
trying to stand,
and feel the earth i had taken for granted.
My world was ne'er right,
i was bling and mute,
And now,
now i can hear words for what they are,
but you choke me with new air,
this new,
new sweeter air.
Food,
you gave it taste,
Earth,
feels so soft now.
Thank you,
so much for finding me.
I will find you someday,
and kiss your fingers for this.
I will thank you until the moonshines brightly over the feilds,
and wrap my arms,
tightly around your waist,
and thank you.
