This is the Comic it is based off of.
This story is also different from the comic. So I hope everyone enjoys it! XD

Chapter 1
The sun is like a chemical. It is inescapable. It has side affects. And most of all, it burns.
"Ha...ha...ha..." I have to keep on running no matter how hard it gets. I am Dixie. I entered human territory. Humans, like most animals, are territorial, so I am now being chased out. There is a caped person chasing me, with an underling. I wish I had my wings on me now. But I am in my wolf form, so all I can do is run... run as fast as I possibly can.
Chapter 2
My eyelids are heavy... Did I escape? Or was it... was it all just a dream? I can't remember... all I can recognize now is... that... THATS THE HUMANS SCENT!
Am I still in human territory!?! I'm not sure. I have to open my eyes then...... My eyelids are too heavy to open! It must be a human drug to keep me asleep. Im... Im... losing... my ability... to... stay...... awake...
Human!? Im... in the forest? I know I was captured though... I still smell the scent of the humans. Im by the lake. The water is gleaming. But there is something on my kneck! In the reflection of the lake it looks like a collar. The humans must be using this to track me. Which means, they can find me whenever they want to. Even when Im in their villages... This is bad. I have to get this thing off of me! I walk off into the distance. I hear a rustling in the bushes... "We found the wolf!" "Good, that means the collar works." What are the humans tracking me for!? Didnt they just let me go!? They are talking in a language I have not yet learned; not their native tongue.
Chapter 3
I must change to my human form. I ripped my tail band off. I brushed my tail on the ground and changed into a human. Yes! The collar doesn't show on this form, so maybe they'll leave. "Wait. I dont see the wolf." "Huh? Whats a girl doing here? This is a dangerous place to be." "Maybe we should bring her to the village?" "No. Leave her, she might be one of those animals in disguise. Either way, if she got in here safely, she can get out safely." "Yes, sir!" Those two people, they were a male and female soldier. Im glad they left though. Now I can put my band on, and revert to my wolf form.
Chapter 4
I wonder why the humans didn't investigate? Oh, well. I need to get this collar off. It's the only way I can be free from them.
Hmmm... I'll have to cross a few rivers to throw them off. Then I'll need to get some money to have this removed.
(A few days later) "Catch her! Thief!!!!" The humans yelled as I ran across a narrow ledge. Well, you can say I finally got tired of 'working' for money.^^
I've been in my human form for about a week trying to earn it honestly.
I quickly ran in a small crack in the rocks. The humans ran right past me. That's the thing, why don't they ever use their sense of smell?
I ducked and ran back toward the village where all seemed calm again. I walked up to some man leaning against the wall of a rough building.
"Hey!" I called out. "Do you know someone who can take off collars on a dog?" I asked, smiling to be polite.
"Yeah. But it'll cost you ten dollars for a fee." he replied.
"Sure, I'll pay." I said brightly.
"K. The Blacksmith at the end of town could do it." he said. I quickly ran off after giving him the money and yelled behind me, "Thanks!"
Chapter 5
I finally found the Blacksmith's shop. It was hidden near the back of town at the very end, but it was there. I gave him the money and told him I would send my dog over by herself to get the collar removed.
I then ran behind a neatly built wall and took my band off of my arm. I placed it on my neck and started whispering the language of the forest. Then, I reverted into my wolf form.
I ran around to find a large pile of mud and dirt after that. A wolf with aqua-green and orange markings? Not normal. So I covered them up with mud and dirt to make it look like I was a brown and white dog. Then I bent my ears to make them look floppy and I ran to the Blacksmith's shop.
He looked at me oddly at first, but eventually he tried to get the collar off. And tried... and tried... and tried.
"C'mon, break!" He huffed as he yanked, pried, and pulled at the collar. He then gave up and wrote a note that he attached to the collar that read;
"Dear Customer,
I am sorry to say that the collar you entrusted me to remove is completely stuck. I will gladly return your money and thank you for your service anyway.
-Blacksmith"
I stared at him in horror. Stuck?!
