Woohoo. Erzengel in the Philippines. Here's some tips of my own when you come here:
1. Yes, Baguio recently has a bad record of having drunk youngsters kicking the hell out of bystanders. I've seen this in the national news twice already, and it usually happens around late night to dawn. Since they now have a curfew (to the best of my knowledge), I think it would be best if you followed that curfew.
2. The weather is quite unpredictable as of late. One day, it's sunny. The next day, it's raining. Last week, a typhoon struck the Luzon region, so you can expect anything to happen in the weather. Or you can consult the weather reports.
Here's another fun fact in the Philippines: there's no jury duty here. It's simply the judge himself/herself giving the sentence to the concerned parties. So, you could pretty much relax yourself on that thought here, since you won't see a jury in any court that you pass by here.
