Hello everyone and welcome to my world dedicated to videogames and my videogame collection.

I hope that with this World i can express and share my fandom about games with pics and posts about games ive played, hope to play, and games of the future. I also hope to use this world to showcase my Videogame collection and share with others the years and dedication towards gaming i have been accustomed to ^^

Better Later Than Never :)

Hello everyone,

Its been a couple months since ive last posted and/or updated this page, so after i bought some games at Gamestop a few days ago i decided to add a list of all my videogames , divided by gaming consoles, to the introduction of this world :)

So far ive typed up the list for my XBOX, GAMECUBE, and PLAYSTATION 2 games, so hopefully you guys will enjoy checking them out in the introduction at the top of this World.

The newest games that ive bought are

Eternal Ring (ps2)
Metal Slug: 4 and 5 collection (xbox)
Robotech Invasion (xbox)
TNA iMPACT! (ps2)

The TNA game was pretty different from most of the other wrestling games that ive played, but it had some neat features, The 6 sided ring was cool to utilize, so were the chairs and the Ultimate X match. The major downside of the PS2 version is that it doesnt have the Create-a-Wrestler mode, where you can create your own wrestler. Thats pretty much my favorite part of the new wrestling games, so it was hard for me to deal with that when i found out the hard way after buying it lol. It has good visuals and some nice aspects, in my opinion the Playstation 2 version is not worth buying. Buy the PS3, or xbox 360 versions.

Robotech Invasion is pretty cool. I havent seen much of the New generation Robotech series, so i dont know much about the story. This game looks, controls and handles pretty much exactly like Halo. The cool feature is that you can change the view mode from first person shooter to 3rd person mode, for people who may not like first person shooter games. The best feature is that your character has armor on him that transforms into a motorbike called a "Cycle" at the press of a button. At the press of the same button it transforms back onto you, basically like a Transformer, which i thought was pretty cool. Im currently playing this game, so ill have to update you all on how it turns out as i continue :) I paid 8$ for it, and i believe thats a good deal, it has good playability.

The Metal Slug 4 & 5 Colection is pretty cool. Its probably the favorite out of the few games i bought the other day. Ive already beaten Metal Slug 4 and im currently on the 3rd level of Metal Slug 5, and i have really enjoyed them both. These 2 games are basically ports of side scrolling arcade shoot-em up games, kinda like "Sunset Riders" or the "Contra" games. If i remember right, The Metal Slug series has also appeared on the Neo Geo gaming system. These 2 games are worth buying though, they dont take a long time to beat ( i beat Metal Slug 4 in about an hour and a half i believe), But they are the types of games you play just to have fun after a hard days work. They are also 2 player, which im sure would be way more fun than single player. I reccomend any Metal Slug game to anyone simply because they are fun and easy to play, anyone can play them, young kids, older people who arent really familiar with games, Its a gaming medium for anyone :)

I havent even tried playing Eternal Ring yet, ill probably do that later today :)

Well, i thank you for visiting and i hope you enjoyed the post, hopefully i can get some pics up the next time i post :) thanks for visiting!

stay strong,

Jason

Star of Destiny

Hello Everyone ^^

It's been a while since ive last posted on here, so i thought id take the time to post some scans of a collection of games that i have that i reccomend to any rpg/anime fan. These games are from the Suikoden videogame series, and are some of my favorite games of all time. the aspects of these games are really great - Great storylines, 108 characters to recruit, each with their own skills etc. In each game at some point you gain access to a place that becomes your headquarters and as you recruit characters, your headquarters grows and prospers. For example: in each game there is a Farmer character that you can recruit and if you give him farming related stuff he will build crops according to the types of seed etc you give him, which can in turn be made into items for battle and stuff like that. Its that way for each type of shops, and some characters provide minigames that can be played at your headquartes such as horse racing, dice and card games etc. All in all these are all great games and an awesome experience to boot, so if you ever want a sure fire game to buy, check these out ^^

Finally posting lol

pic of my ps2,xbox and gamecube games :)

Hello everyone, Its good to actually post here again finally lol. Id like to apologize for the lack of posting, if you are a frequent visitor of my other world, then you are probably aware that i work nights , so most of my good posts are usually on the weekends lol. Im hoping you all like todays post though because im going to post up some pics of some games i have and type a few things about them and talk about some new games/systems ive bought since i last posted, so hopefully you all will enjoy :)

First of all, Id like to start off by saying that over the weekend i bought the ROCKBAND Bundle Pack (the game, guitar, drum set, and microphone). so far ive been enjoying it lol. The guitar is pretty easy, alot easier than the Guitar Hero games, the drums are pretty challenging, but i really like playing them and im getting better by the day lol. i havent tried the mocrophon/singing part, so ill have to post about that another day once i do. As of now, my main goal is to get better using the drums on the song "Detroit Rock City" lol. Ill try to post a pic of my playing the drums or something tommorrow lol.

Next up is my copy of Final Fantasy Anthology

This collection is a bundle pack of Final Fantasy 5 and 6, and it is one of my favorite collection of games still to this day. Final Fantasy 6 is and always will be my favorite final Fantasy game. FF6 had so many different characters and you always had freedom to choose which ones you wanted in your party, each with their own skill and background story. another cool feature of this version of FF6 is that 2 people can control different party members during battle - for example: you can have 4 members in your party at a time. You can control 2 and your friend can control 2 during battle, or you can control 1 and your friend can control 3 - there are alot of possibilities. And once you complete the game, you unlock alot of cool stuff, like artwork, music, new CG cinematics that were added into the game etc. FF6 is truly a masterpiece in my opinion, one of a kind and if you can find this collection, i highly reccomend that you pick it up because im pretty sure that as time goes by, the availability of it will drop.

Now onto the other half of the collection - Final Fantasy 5. Final Fantasy 5 is probably the hardest RPG and Hardest Final Fantasy game ive ever played lol. FF5 used the "Job Class" system - where you use different "Jobs" to learn different abilities. For example: when you place one of the characters under the "Dragoon" job, after a certain amount of experience points are earned, he will learn the "equip spear" and "jump" skills. Once you learn all of the skills of that job, you can for instance switch over to the Paladin job class and use the skills you learned from the Dragoon job. so you can have a Paladin that jumps, or a White mage that can use spears lol, there are endless possibilites because i think there were 20 or 30 jobs to choose from. In FF5 you had to constantly battle and keep leveling up and learning skills or the game would absolutely chew you up and spit you out. i let my friend borrow FF5 while i was playing FF6 and he reached the end of the game only to be confronted with being destroyed by the final boss (X-Death). Word to the wise, if you dont at least have 2 of your characters equipped with ribbons when you reach the final battle, you may as well start over - because right when the battle starts X Death will cast a spell called "White Ball" and it does every status effect in the game all at once stone, poison, silence, everything and if you dont have a ribbon, everyone will get petrified resulting in a game over just like that. My friend was Humbled by having no ribbons and though i consider him one of the greatest final Fantasy players of all time, Even he wasnt prepared for the end, so he ended up starting over and he was prepared the 2nd time through lol. If you need a challenge and want to test your RPG greatness, you have to play FF5 and beat it. It is the Ultimate test lol.

GHOST IN THE SHELL

This game is really rare, i found this copy in Gamestop a few years ago and i had to pay almost 20$ for it used lol. Im not complaining though. In this game you control the Tachikoma(sp?) the little robot/tank thing from the movie. the cool thing about this game is that you can use the analogs which at the time was really new to me lol, you can walk up walls and scale buildings while you are shooting enemies etc. It is a pretty difficult game, but really cool and top-notch for its time, Ill have to find some in game pics sometime to show you all :)

Inuyasha: A feudal fairy tale

I think i have the only copy of this game in this area of my state lol. I found it in the game section at a mall in a nearby sity and it didnt have a price tag and the people at the store didnt know where it came from so they sold it to me for 20$ just to get rid of it lol. The game itself is a fighting game, very similar to Street Fighter, but its all japanese language with subtitles. It has a story mode, with alot of unlockable stuff. I always used Miroku because he had an "attack" where grabs his opponent's (female) behind lol. Its a pretty simple straight forward game and it was my first japanese animation related game that i ever bought for myself, so it has sentimental value, its a steal for any inuyasha fan though! :)

Well, i think thats about it for today, I think ive posted the most amount of pics that im allowed to post, so ill try not to ramble on lol. Besides i think its more fun when you can see a pic of what im typing about :) So if you have any questions about any of these games, feel free to send a message , i love getting messages and i enjoy helping other people out any way i can , so dont be a stranger!

stay strong,

Hello everyone,

It looks like i managed to stop being lazy these past few days and made some time to post on here lol. Ive been lazy this past week and ive been playing videogames for the most part (whenever im not sleeping) lol. Friday i bought 2 new games -

Valkyrie profile 2: Silmeria
I played it for about 20 minutes earlier this morning and so far it has great graphics and its pretty different than most games ive played, so im quite sure it will be pretty fun to get into :)

I also bought UFC: Sudden Impact but that game wasnt all that enjoyable lol. I got beaten in my first match in 35 seconds via submission to make things worse. Maybe once i play it a little more ill get better at it, only time will tell lol!

Friday while i was at Gamestop browsing Xbox games, one of the co-workers came over and was trying to haggle me into buyingone of their copies of Ninja Gaiden on Xbox, and then later on tried to urge me into buying the triple pack of Metal Gear Solid games on Playstation 2. When i told him that i had all the Metal Gear Solid games, including the original Metal Gear on NES, along with Ninja Gaiden 2 on NES - He looked at me like i had come from another planet and then informed me that he didnt even know that they had versions on earlier systems lol.

The guy was pretty young so i went easy on him lol. I told him a few stories about some of the older systems and some of my own personal experiences such as finally beating Final Fantasy 5 and playing Castlevania 3 on an arcade machine at a Pizza Hut many many years ago lol. He took it pretty well, and i guess it felt nice to set a newbie on the right course of gaming history , and when i got home, i pulled out my own copies of Metal Gear and Ninja Gaiden 2 and decided to scan them for todays post :) so here they are :)

Ninja Gaiden 2 : The Dark Sword of Chaos
My Friend and I use to play this game for days at a time, this was the first game we had ever played that had "cut scenes" and violence and stuff and we thought it was the coolest ever at the time lol. its funny how people remember little things like that lol.

also at the top of the post, there is a scan of my copy of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence - one of my favorite games of all time. Everything seemed perfect in that game, and id have to say that my most favorite feature of the game was the music. I have the poster framed on my wall as of right now lol. Awesome game and awesome poster too.

Well I think that concludes the post for today, Im glad i could post all these pics and stuff and i hope you all enjoy the visit :) If you have any questions about any of the games or pics or anything, feel free to ask anytime, In the meantime -
