This is a world I made mostly for my own use, but I made it a public world anyways. I'll be posting things about story outlines, my characters, my comics (including fan comics), WIPs, ect... It's pretty much a world where I can store information and/or plan things. xD

Below are short descriptions of my stories to help you know what's going on. xD It also shows which characters are in which story, along with their extended profile if I have one made. Some stories aren't mentioned because I don't work on/think about them often. Therefore, not all of my characters are mentioned.

Old Sketches

I doodled a picture of high school-aged Gabe on my math homework, and didn't feel like erasing it because I kind of liked it... ;u; EHE. So I scanned it and now I'm going to erase it. YEAH!

By the way, here it is.

Woo, angry man! His hand is kind of big, now that I look at it. xD; Floating youthful Gabe... Gabe's hairstyle in high school pretty much looks exactly like Jo's current hairstyle except with Gabe's color scheme. WOO! Idk, I'm having trouble with hairstyles these days. .u.

Also, I found some original concept sketches and other old things of my characters. 8D I figured I'd show them to you all. I already uploaded most of them when I originally drew them, but here's some stuff that I missed. I'VE JUST BEEN GOING DOWN MEMORY LANE LATELY... Sorry for all the "before-after"-themed posts. xD Hope you find this interesting or something! :D

This is actually a pretty recent pic, and it's also the only decent picture of Jamie that I've drawn. Jamie is Rick's little brother. I haven't talked about him much, but he has his fair share of appearances in A Life Like This compared to the rest of Rick's siblings. xD By the way, he's talking to Tim in this pic. He asked Tim if he likes Rick. So uh.. Spoiler? xDD Idk. BAH. This stuff is so idk. :I
Woo, that basketball looks like a giant lumpy round object and not a basketball... ._________.;

This isn't the first picture of Tim that I've drawn, but what's monumental about this piece of paper is I figure out an easy way to draw Tim's bangs. 8D If you look at the part in his bangs, the left bang used to flip to the left, but then I started drawing it flipping to the right. FOR SOME REASON, THAT MADE IT SO MUCH EASIER TO DRAW HIM...! Once I could draw him, I started drawing him a lot more. So thanks to that one little change, Tim's now one of my favorite characters of mine. xD AND YOU THOUGHT LITTLE THINGS LIKE THAT DIDN'T MATTER...

This was drawn before the previous doodles. It was another (failed) attempt at trying to figure out how to draw Tim's hair. xD Tim, you gave me so much trouble... but you were worth it. ;u;

This is the first time I ever drew Damian! He still looks about the same. :D I originally spelled his name "Dameon", but that apparently means "DEMON CHILD"... so I changed it to Damian. 8D;
Damian's actually 20, I think. Yep. Idk why I wrote that beard comment, though.

NO ONE'S TALKING ABOUT YOUR BEARD I think I've become more tolerant of beards, because of Gabe. xD I used to really not like beards at all. Now I'm kind of indifferent. I like drawing Gabe's beard, even though it's the tiniest beard in the world.
...My dad has a mustache! 8D

Here's Jamal's original design. There's a colored version somewhere in my portfolio, too. :m (Compare with this: [click]) Takara wrote his name on there! 8D Because I didn't want to name him Jamal at first... Haha. I'm used to his name now.

Lastly, here's what I planned to be the "default" outfits for the OFAV cast. These are also the outfits I used here. The only one that's remained the same is Dean's. xD I hadn't learned how to draw suits until this summer, so Stefan's only changed recently. I draw Kasey, Tomato, and Jo in random things that I feel like drawing. Gabe usually wears that skull shirt or tank top. TB always wears the same outfit of a green t-shirt and rolled-up jeans, which is why I didn't put him on here. :m
Gabe's shirt just makes me laugh in agony and embarassment... orz

Sketches!

I have a scanner!!! 8D Too bad I've just been doodling a whole lot... Actually, I've been drawing a lot of the character for Wakusei's challenge, but I want to keep him a secret until I finish the picture for the challenge. :M
Anyways, here's some sketches. :D

Okay, he's not really dying. He's choking. xD; I mentioned in his profile that he has lung problems because of the smog in his town, and that he coughs a lot. Well, he chokes a lot too. :P Um... It's got a background and everything! :D
I'm kind of scared to ink and color this pic because I'm pretty sure I'll mess up. xD

It's Gabe. I just drew this on whim. xD; I'm not really crazy about it. But idk. Maybe I'll finish it.

Sketches and doodles and such

Heyyyy. I drew a lot of random stuff, but most of it is on lined paper. :D So THEY'RE DOODLES! YAAAAAAAY.
I also have two sketches, but I'll probably never color them.
Also, I have a real picture that I'll submit sometime today, hopefully. :D

Haha... random picture of Jamal I drew in class one day.... xD; You probably didn't notice, but I drew his hair on the wrong side of his face. On a side note, I usually draw people with their right eye covered... I think Dare's my only character with his left eye covered. :I Anyways, the picture above inspired me to draw this:

Revisions: I changed the dress and hair a little... also, I made her REALLY skinny. Like, so skinny it's a little disgusting. But it's hard to tell, because I made her sleeves and dress really poofy. I made her bony-skinny to make her a little more creepy looking, and added a lot puff to her dress to show how she's trying to hide her skinnyness. Or something like that. xD;
Also. My friend is trying to get me in the habit of drawing irises and pupils or whatever in the eyes. D:<

Keyblade: Tsubomi (Japanese for flower bud)-- Has the ability to become limp like a whip or vine, and can also grow. It requires a lot of technique to be used effectively. It's good for catching or grabbing far-off items. The top part of the keyblade has thorns that damage on impact, but do little damage. The flower on the top of the blade can blossom and release a sleeping pollen-type magic to make the opponent fall asleep. The sleep magic doesn't work well on many heartless, but is effective against nobodies.

Centro Flura (from the spanish words "downtown" and "flower") was a completely natural town that was blooming with exotic plants and flowers. Rivers and springs were scattered throughout the town, and were the main sources of water. Houses were usually decorated with potted plants and such, and were taken good care of. Children played outside in the springs and in the forest for fun.
Jamal was born into the natural Centro Flura, and up until he was 5, his life couldn't be better. He got along well with his parents, and he often played with the other kids in the forest.

A couple months after Jamal's 5th birthday, a business man from a nearby town came to Centro Flura with a big idea: He wanted to turn Centro Flura into a big city. He began taking control immediately, starting a lot of construction work for malls and other buildings, and cutting down much of the forest outside of the town to make more room for industrial workplaces and stuff. In one year, most of the exotic plants in the town were disposed of because of massive industrialization. Cars, cell-phones, and other electronics also increased in popularity.
Jamal was absolutely devistated, and tried to talk to his parents about how he thought what was happening to the town was wrong. His parents were completely engrossed in the industrialization and increase in technology, and ignored him.

When Jamal realized that people didn't care about what Centro Flura used to be, he became angry. He hated people for forgetting about the town. He hated everyone in his town.

10 years later, Centro Flura is completely industrial. Jamal doesn't even consider the industrial Centro Flura to be his hometown. He often wanders into the forest on the edge of town, the only place that reminds him of how the town used to be.

Because of the industrialization, a poisonous (but not deadly) smog covers the town. The smog mentally damaged Jamal.... So he kind of acts dilusional. Or like, he act's like he's high, or kind of like he's in a dream land.
His surreal way of acting is more noticable when he's in the forest, because he doesn't have to conceal his emotions when he's there.
Also, because Jamal is a little out of it, it's hard to tell whether he's serious or sarcastic, and it'd difficult to believe in him because he's a little mental.
The smog also makes him sick, so he coughs a lot.

Jamal can talk to plants, but nobody in Centro Flura believes him. They all instead think he's a mental patient, and usually ignore him. Even Jamal's parents don't bother listening to anything he says anymore, because they think he's crazy.
Jamal talks to plants in what they call the "ancient language". It can't be heard with your ears or spoken with your mouth, but it can be heard and said in your head. Out of habit, Jamal speaks out loud to the plants. They can still hear him, though. Haha....

Due to his hatred towards humans and mental instibility, Jamal has a sexual attraction to plants.
Yes, I did say sexual. Not just an attraction, but a sexual attraction. So sometime's he's lustful towards plants.
He's even flirted with a plant before. EL OH EL. But not in the "Hey baby, what's your sign?" kind of flirt. It's hard to explain. :I
But it's not really that weird to him because he can hear plants talk, and he can talk to them.

Jamal got his keyblade from the oldest tree in the forest. Jamal believes the keyblade was given to him to kill the person who destroyed Centro Flura, but it was actually given to him to give to Sora. The old tree doesn't tell him that, because it wants Jamal to figure that out for himself.

The first person Jamal trusts in a long time is Sora, because Sora believes everything Jamal says about the plants.
Jamal also refers to Donald as "the white one" (because his feathers are white) and one time, "the weird one".

I could say about 1209382985 more things about Jamal's story, but I'm done for now.

I think the whole purpose of me making Jamal is because I think plants are totally underrated. xD There's all kinds of stories about people talking to animals, but not many about people talking to plants....
