Well, I think you sound ridiculously awesome~ At least you tried!
I think that's dedication even if it was kind of a dull weekend. I would probably get tired of looking at it when it's a long period of time. How do your eyes not hurt from looking at the bright screen??
The lines are a little different, but you could still do it with GIMP, which is free, instead of SAI. :) But it helps to have a tablet... Even if you don't have a tablet, it has potential to help because you can copy and paste layers. o3o
xDD Thanks!

Oh... that's interesting. xDD I might sound a bit different in real life though, since the microphone wasn't the best quality. :P
Thanks much! :) It's not exactly difficult, but it's extremely tedious... you have to draw out each slide individually, then upload it onto WMM and put all the slides into the timeline... -u-; It takes a long time. orz
You sound exactly like someone I know.... O_o
And your animation is great! I've never attempted animation... I can't figure out how to make it work in Photoshop, but I have Movie Maker.
Is it very difficult?
I have Linux for an operating system. Actually, it turns out that I have a broken charger/battery (thank you Linux for telling me that, and not Windows). I have to get a new charger.
Well I did really rough sketches of how I thought the frames for the animation should go, added more frames/took out frames as I saw fit, and then I tested the slides on windows movie maker to see if it looked right. After that, I inked/colored the slides and saved them with their same file name as the rough sketches. The nice thing about WMM is if you make a change to a file and save it, it'll automatically change in the movie project file. :)
Since I drew the slides on Paint Tool SAI, I could copy layers if I needed to only make a small change to a slide for a particular animation.

Yeah, I did it all myself. Well, I didn't play the music. xD That was already on my computer, and I just used the file. But I did the voices. The "old movie" effect was a feature in Windows Movie Maker.
Traditional animations are really difficult! ;u; I cheated and used a digital program, where I could just copy or move an image around... xD
Oh, you've read it! ;u; NOW I CAN BE GLAD AT LEAST ONE PERSON WON'T BE CONFUSED BY THIS...
And thanks so much again!! ;3; I'm glad you like it, and I'm sorry for this hideously gigantic comment. orz
Hrmm, since you posted your video, I guess I'll post mine!
It was very cute! The animation was much better than mine and same for the editing! It didn't make much sense to me, but, yeah, haven't read the book so I wouldn't know.

Thanks! And seriously? xDD Well, I'm glad. I think it sounds ridiculous. xD;
I spent nearly all of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday working on it, though... orz TOO MANY HOURS... It was kind of a dull weekend. xD

I really liked yours though. You had a lot more moving around in yours. xD I used SAI and Windows Movie Maker for mine. What did you use? :o
By the way, the book was pretty boring... I don't really recommend it. -3-; There was barely any dialogue. ;A;
