I had the feeling it was something that dealt with your mom when I read the title. Your mom seriously needs to chill and to be yelled at in front of friends is sooooooo embarrassing. Especially, when it wasn't that big of a deal to begin with. I know I'd laugh if I put a book down and dust went flying everywhere because it would remind me of a cartoon or something.
I'd be pissed too. I'm so glad I moved out of my parent's house since they just start to drive you up the wall after awhile. I hope you dad can help patch things up since it sounds like at least he's more level-headed. *hugs*
i understand how ytou feel when it comes to dissagreements with mothers... i used to (and still kinda do) have alot of disputes. i dont' exactly like her, however the Bible says to honor her... meh so i try ^_^'
anyhwo... i also know what it's like not to have your phone and stuff >_< it sux... my mother took away my internet (i don't drive sadly), and my cell phone >__< so yeah ^_^'
aaw don't let those emotions get the best of you, all human emotions do are drag you down (i tend to cry easly so yeah ^_^' eheh)

It's amazing what some people will blow out of proportion. I'd giggle at dusty old books myself, but that's cause they're still around and still useful. It's like a badge of honor (I do own a book that was printed in the late 1800's, it gives off a lot of dust when handled, so I rarely do) to see that dust cloud from a book.
I'll keep you in my thoughts, and send all the warm, positive energies I can your way. Hope things look up for you.

Goodness! Well I guess she took it the wrong way and now she doesn't want to say that she was wrong. But what it was that made her so mad was the fact that my dad wasn't helping her with the taxes and she was doing it all and she just let all her frustration out on me but she said sorry. =/
