Hey everyone! Hope you all are doing well.
As my title suggests, today is a snow day! We received about 2-4 inches of snow, which may not sound like a lot, but it was enough to close down college today, at least till 1:00 (perfect because I miss all my classes!!). However, I will be paying a trip to the college for a couple of reasons.
You may recall that I mentioned my Calculus class and how scared I was of it. Well, it still stands true today. Yesterday was the last day to add/drop a section and get a full refund. I had to think quickly as to what I should do: drop my Calculus class and pick up Pre-Cal, or just stick with Calc 1. It's been 4 years since I've taken Pre-Cal in high school, and 3 years since I've taken a Math course at college. So, it's been a LONG time, so jumping into such an advanced Math - I don't think that was the smartest of ideas. 
So yesterday, I shot my Calculus professor an email, telling him that I'd probably drop the class. Well, not too long thereafter, he calls my house for me. He and I then began to chat for a little while along the lines of the class. He was very helpful and made me feel a little better about my decision. Needless to say, in the end, that's what I did: dropped his Calculus class and picked up Pre-Cal instead. Then I will take Calculus in the summer. I have to have this course in order to go to Maryland, especially their business school.
So that's what I'll be doing today: buying my book and selling another (to get some moolah!), copying notes for a kid in class (and making moolah too!), and then I'll resume my Final Fantasy pic for Le Kun's contest. It's coming along, I think. I hope it turns out nice. *shrugs*
Well, off I go! If you all update, I will try to hit some sites later on! *hugs*
