Sadly I've suffered for 6 years now I think? Normally I'm very careful about my carpel tunnel. I limit how much time I spend using my right hand. Usually this is enough to keep me completely fine, but I overextended myself too many times so bleg... gotta take it easy till I heal up.
I've not heard of Tumeric but I shall look into it! I'm also hunting around for my arm brace which helps as well.
Rat guy just seems fun! I have a vision of transforming that!

I didn't know that you have carpel tunnel! It's amazing that you are still able to do awesome works of art! :)
I'm a true believer in tumeric, it helps mostly with inflammation.Maybe you can give that a try?
