He has blue eyelids as if he was wearing eyeshadow; When he looks at someone, a hint of superiority can be seen in his eyes, and he never falters, keeping himself above everyone.

*********************
Likes: Subordinates that can satisfy him, to command, being feared, drinking tea and buying expensive things (especially furniture).

Dislikes: Useless and/or weak subordinates/people, being second-in-command, impertinent people, not being respected, repeating the same things over and over.
 Fears: Losing his power.
Strengths: Gun shooting, flying, finding useful information, leading a group, pole dancing.
Weaknesses: His adopted daughter Samira (Eevee).

Battle Style: He normally fights by focusing on attacks, since he can avoid enemies by flying around. His cane is very important in fights since he uses it to power himself up (with the Dark Gem) and to smack enemies. Inside it there’s a hidden blade, which he uses for stabbing when using Drill Peck attack.
If he thinks the enemy is not worthy of him, he’ll summon his flock of Murkrows to let them do the dirty work for him, while he watches everything from above.
If the battle is tough or if he doesn’t feel like playing around, he’ll start using the gun. His aim is great, and he rarely miss shoots, but usually prefers aiming at legs and arms to prevent the opponent from escaping or countering.
He won’t stop to pleads or cries, and he will continue fighting until the opponent can’t cause no harm, whether is by killing them, hurting them really bad or simply letting them know who is in charge.

Background:

Honore was born as a Murkrow gijinka in a little community in Abundant Shrine. The community was ruled by a ruthless Honchkrow, who liked to keep all food and cures for himself. The families in the “flock” were getting weaker and weaker, and the few who would have been able to help more by evolving were stopped before trying, as the boss kept all Dusk Stones he found for himself. One day, young Honore, after nearly losing his mother to starving, challenged the boss, in order to take control of the situation, but lost miserably and was forced to leave the flock to die alone.
What was meant to kill him made him not give up. He attended to his wounds by himself as best as he could, and swore to be back one day. So he trained, alone and with other Gijinkas, until one day he felt he was ready. Years had passed since the lost battle, but when he got back to the flock area, everything was ever more poor than when he left. The boss was still around, fatter and greedier, and in that moment he knew it would have been the end of him.
They challenged each other again, and even if the whole flock was supposed to cheer for their boss, everyone was secretly hoping for Honore to win, and that’s what happened. He stabbed the boss with his own blade, and stole his power right before his eyes, while leaving him to die a slow death. He got all the Dusk Stones, and used one to evolve immediately. The whole flock expected him to rule them, but he gave the remaining stones to the other grown and strong men, leaving the leadership of the flock to them, and then flew away to find his own life and new reason to fight.

But, as a Honchkrow, leadership was in his blood, so he made himself a successful man, by using the methods he knew best: fighting, killing, and earning money. Soon, a flock of Murkrow recognized his power and started following him, giving him the strength of an army in exchange of a safe place to live. Thanks to them, he was able to start fighting seriously against what he thought were injustices, by helping oppressed people that were ready to fight and die for their freedom, earning respect from some of them, who asked him to join his purpose and follow him as a leader. In the end, twenty people joined his side, thus becoming a whole organization, that was seen by most as a criminal one. Every one of them was carefully hired between the best choices and trained in what they could do best; all had a “title” regarding their abilities, that was tattooed on their body, in Old Norse runes.
They all started doing what they did best, overthrowing bad leaders and deciding who would substitute them, and even if all the enemies were ended the instant they were made, an organization of just twenty people could not resist the strength of a way bigger one, especially when they had been betrayed by someone they trusted. All the members but four were killed in a big fight with the enemy organization, who lost everything. Two of the survivors (or at least, two of the bodies that were never found), a Chandelure named Lord Chant and a Glaceon named Diamante, simply disappeared from sight, leaving only Honore himself and his second in command, Zorawar the Zoroark to deal with what was left.
The two decided to keep living their own lives in secret, as they would have preferred, but they still kept in contact until Zorawar himself went living in Honore’s mansion as soon as he bought it. He carefully chose his house to be big enough for all his needs, but still well hidden in a big forest, where his Murkrows could live peacefully.

Anyway, Honore never stopped doing what he did best, and now he works as a mercenary for those who pay well, but only if he agrees too with the mission he’s given. In his free time, he sends his best Murkrows to keep an eye on important people to know them better, and to sell information to those interested. Despite everything that happened, he is still in a very powerful position, and he still works hard to be feared and respected by the world.

*Important Events not written in background:
Despite always thinking that love could only make a person weaker, Honore “adopted” and raised Samira, the niece of his dear friend (and now partner) Eon the Espeon to help him, and ended up loving the little girl as if she was her own daughter. He spends all the time he can with her, and developed a strong bond that actually made him a bit softer than he used to be. (When she’ll get older, he will probably go against his dress code and wear the “Top ten rules to get out with my daughter” shirt to scare away every bad guy)
