YEAH. my Christmas was Hell.
So everyone in my house (and everyone at my xmas party a night or two ago)contracted this virus my baby cousin brought. So me, my brother and my mom were puking all day. Meanwhile my dad was just as sick with other problems.
Oh fun. We canceled our Christmas brunch. And we couldn't go to church (which im sorta grateful for. I hate going to mass. Screaming babies, mukes, blah. The readings are interesting, even if I am athiest. I don't have to believe in it to enjoy it and respect it.)
So yeah.
But otherwise, I got everything I wanted for Christmas =D Except for a laptop and CellPhone, but that was sorta expected.

Twilight infiltrated my school again. This time the movie.
Its EVERYWHERE. and everyone keeps on asking me 'ARE YOU ON TEAM EDWARD OR TEAM JACOB?!' and of course since I like NEITHER (its either sparkling vampires or pedophile werewolfs. I for one like pedowolves a whol lot better)
So I'm all 'I'M ON TEAM TWILIGHT SUCKS LOL' and they flip out on me. Its priceless.
BUT UGH. Whenever I see the commercials or books and news or ANYTHING about Twilight, I get ENORMOUS WAVE OR RAGE AND DISGUST flow over my whole being. Its so weird. I've never felt so much anger over a fictional book :'D. I don't think its entirely the book, I mean, I read it in 6th grade before the fad even started. And I still hated it. I thought it was the boringest fakest, plastic, mary-sue infested piece of turd. I still do. ITS THE FANS.
WHO THINK ITS THE BEST WRITING SINCE SHAKESPHERE. (which it is clearly not, in fact, the writing is quite MEDIOCRE. She overuses words and uses waaaaay too many adverbs and adjectives. I know its supposed to be descriptive, but she describes EVERYTHING. ITS LIKE, GET TO THE FUCKING POINT, WE DO NOT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE STUPID CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. OR HOW GLITTERING AND WHITE IT IS. Holy Jeez Stephanie Meyer, please dear, cfocus on the plot. Infact, please go actually DEVELOPE ONE.) If this wasnt so overhyped I would never ever ranted about it.
