No, the seniors do have their finals seperately from everybody else, but sometimes if a class is half or more seniors the teachers will decide that it's easier to get everybody's final over with at the same time. Usually, though, senior finals are 3 weeks before regular finals.
I'd pay the $40-50 plus shipping and buy it off the internet when it gets officially released in August, but my parents would be like "Why would you want to spend 50 bucks on a plastic doll? Don't waste your money. You're not buying it. >>" So, I'm hoping the figurine booth at Youmacon'll have it. =/
...Wow, so your school doesn't even let seniors have their finals separately from everyone else?
At least we had that luxury. [And I didn't even have to take them!]
Oh, and I bought a KOS-MOS figure at ACen, and I bought my Wind Waker!Link plushie when I wasn't even five minutes in. Fandom will override your better judgment 99 percent of the time. [but oh, is it ever fun.]
It's because those classes were half seniors, and the seniors left this week, so the teachers decided it would be easier to just get everyone's exams out of the way at the same time. Though now arises the problem of what-do-we-do-for-the-rest-of-the-year. >>;

@Katana:
Of course there's no shame in fandom. But that's what makes it fun.

I bought a figurine of Danbo the cardboard robot from Yotsuba&! at ACen. There is no shame in fandom.

Half of your exams already over, but still 2 more weeks of school? This math does not add up...
At last we meet again for the first time.
