Pomp and Circumstance

It will be call time pretty soon. Its going to be a long night (graduation) I'm also confused about which instrument I'll play today. I've only played tenor sax for two days, so I don't know whether or not the band director wants me to play it for graduation.

My dad says hes not going to go (the whole "it was only worth it the first time" deal) because we already played it in eighth grade. I'm not sure if my mom or stepdad are going either (but there might be a chance because my mom knows the parents or friends of some of the seniors) If we stay in band (we meaning: my sister, brother, little brother, and I) until we're senoirs, then we get an honor chord for it. I don't see any reason that I will quit band, either. My (one minute older) brother plays trombone, my sister plays clarinet, and my four year younger brother is in percussion (he loves the snare drum) Lets see, I finished watching Tamako Market today and Yumeiro Patisiere Professional.

anime-watching weekend.

So, this weekend my sister started watching an anime. Inuyasha! We watched it every time we got the chance to. We both drew drawings of Inuyasha, too.

these are my most recent drawings. RedXIII, Madoka, Inuyasha, and my oc Lani. It was very good day yesterday, even though it was just a normal day. There arw three more weeks left of school for me. This week we have testing for band to see what band we will be in next year-either the great Wind Ensemble or th second band, the Symphonic.. . . Then all thats left is finals. Then it will be summer! I also got my brother interested with the Inheritance Cycle. If any of you still have school, good luck with however many days are left.

Drawing Challenge, weekend!

Its Friday! I keep on thinking theres school tomorrow when there isn't. I've said this before, but every weekend my friends at school and I decide of something to draw. This weekend is Black Butler, but I have never read/watched it. Which Character should I draw?

This week went well. In art we are learning the impressionistic style of painting (like Monet) where you can see the brush strokes instead of all the colors being blended easily. I am also very happy because after a long time, my dad is starting to draw again! , but he says he will draw without anyone seeing until he gets to how he used to be. He said he used to be able to draw any picture out of a magazine. I told my art teacher about my dad when she asked me if anyone alse in my family does art. She says that it must run in the family. I have never heard of artistic ability that runs throught the family....

I haven't posted here in a while... It has been a fun day. I got the last book of the inheritance cycle. If you have read it, please don't tell me how it turns out. I also have a twitter now. It is the same user name, but there is a kingdom hearts photo. (the other one you coul see is one I began, but forgot the password to and just had my doubts about. The drawing my friends chose for this weekend is hello kitty. I'll end up mixing it with anime some how. ~have a good day :)

Pronunciation of Manga

The library at the high school got new manga. They decided to mention it in the announcements that week, but instead of saying "manga" it was pronounced "maenja". Naruto was also pronounced wrong.

now i can read more Bleach! ( My friend finished watching all the episodes there are so far in about one month. She can also remember around which episode something happened) I am (sadly) on the 7th manga.
