The world as we know it today, is a world built off of the backs of the working man. That same man... who worked in workhouses and factories. While today some of these factories still exist, they all suck ass compared to the beautifully brutal way of factories back in the Industrial Revolution, in England. The industrial revolution took place in many more places, of course. Well, thanks to that particular style, the people of today have developed an entire genre of their own, Steampunk. Much more has been developed, however, aside from this one genre. Music has had an impact from the Industry. Many bands forming through the 90's to today were considered Industrial. It has its own sub genres of music, ranging from metal to techno and many many others. So this, my friends, is my dedication to the most brutal period of history in over 300 years!
