Join us in celebrating the art, life and color of India during the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles’ Family Day, with FREE admission. Kids (ages 5 and up) and families can learn the ancient art of Indian dance from the Bhangra dance troupe Dholrhythms, listen to Indian oral folk tales of wisdom and mischief performed live by members of the Screen Actors Guild, and enjoy performances with musician Paul Livingstone and the Sangeet Indian Music Ensemble! Booths will also offer Indian food delicacies, art-making and yoga. There will be a screening of two children’s films in the afternoon, from 12:30 to 2pm. From the ancient arts to live performances, this day of celebration is not to be missed!
