The swingset is where I go to both escape and [over]analyze life. Back and Forth.

As far as fictional worlds, my picks include, but are not limited to: Harry Potter, Disney, The Wizard of Oz/Wicked, Hey Arnold!, Dexter, LOST, South Park, Dr. Horrible, Buffy, and Avatar

Anime: Bleach, FMA, Fruits Basket, Death Note, Ouran High School Host Club, Hetalia, Chobits, Soul Eater and more. Not very obscure, but I'm a relative newb.

How in the HE--I mean uh... squawk!

Disney Day 7
Favorite Sidekick

Iago

Yes, he is an evil sidekick, but only up until the sequel. Then this sidekick kicks butt. I love hime because he's like the Disney version of Daffy Duck. Or would that be Donald Duck.
Oh whatever, cartoon birds need more love, no matter how greedy of ruthless they are.
I'm going home to watch The Return of Jafar, PEACE!

Now, father, you're living in the past. This is the 14th century!

Back to reality.
Ugh.
Well, not completely, never completely.
In the last week I've been to every country in Epcot, Hogwarts, and swimming with dolphins. I now question what I have left to live for.

There's always the Renaissance faire. I've never been so busy! Or so broke.
That's actually not true at all, I have been very far below the standard of living, and all this maddness is just a bit overwhelming. But how can I complain about having money?

I hope to have a few pictures up soon if real life doesn't consume me whole first.

Disney Day 4
Favorite Prince

Prince Philip

The most classic with the most screen time. He's best friends with his horse, he slays dragons, and looks sexi in chains. How could you not love good ol' Phil?

He was probably one of my first crushes besides baby Gonzo and Simon of the Chipmunks. Don't question my taste!
It would be a long time before I would develope a crush on something other than a cartoon...

And he came so highly recommended...

Disney Day 3

Favorite Heroine

Pocahontas

This post has shortened considerably in the 3x I've attempted to get it to work.
So you're now left with my fave parts of Pocahontas.

Enjoy.

I will not be around as I will be in the WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER.
First stop: Epcot, actually, and what better way to get into the Disney spirit? Right?

Well, I'm actually interested to see the different countries, namely Japan, surprise surprise, because I heard there was a little history lesson on how manga/anime came to be.

Gotta get back to packing for my 6:30 flight!!

If it's not baroque, don't fix it!

Disney Day 2
Favorite Princess

Belle

Why is she my favorite Princess?
As other Disney Princesses, Belle did not start out as one. She was from a little town, a quiet village, but she wanted more than that provicial life.

I think you could relate.

"Far off places, daring swordfights, magic spells, a prince in disguise!"
Belle is an outsider, ostracized for her strange behaviors like reading or being attractive. Like Belle, I too have a fondess of fiction. We use books to escape the highly stressful or utterly mundane day-to-day existance. She gets to live the dream, having her want for adventure and romance become her reality.

Truth be told, I'm living my own little dream. Check older posts for details on my trip to Epcot and THE WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER.

The word on the street internet is: Disney is in the works of constructing Beast's castle.
I know.
First place I go: the West Wing. You know you would too.

But that too is something I love about Belle, about most of the princesses. They don't just blindly obey, save the more 'classic' princesses. They have curiosity and exercise it. Even when they are imprisioned by a giant, hairy beast who specifically orders them to stay out of the West Wing. "IT'S FORBIDDEN!"

I always thought it was funny that we never learn Beast's real name in the movie. Even Belle has to yell out "Beast" towards the end.
I happen to know Beast's real name. It was confirmed in a video game apparently, and why they didn't use it in the feature film is beyond me.
I mean, c'mon! Flynn Rider/Eugene Fitzherbert has two!!

For your veiwing and listening pleasure, I bring you Darren Criss covering 'Belle'

p.s. Beast's real name is Adam

Day 1 - Favorite Character

Rapunzel

It was rather tough. There are so many to choose from. So many that I love. But there are other spaces to fill. This character just clicked with me. She's funny, a rare princess trait, and her guy ain't bad neither
